Icons

Developed over 200 icons for a client project. Includes both outline and fill variants, with an emphasis on simplicity and readability. The icons were adapted for various use cases: from web interfaces to mobile applications.

These icons became an important interface element, helping users navigate the site more easily and find the necessary information faster.

The icons were created in two versions: outline and fill. Outline versions were used to create an easy-to-perceive interface, while fill versions emphasized the key functions and elements of the site.

The main task was to make the icons not only aesthetically attractive, but also as functional as possible. All graphic elements had to be easily adapted to various device formats, from desktop computers to smartphones.

Particular attention was paid to icons related to the characteristics of real estate objects, such as the area of the apartment, the number of rooms, and the number of floors. These icons visually emphasized the key parameters of the objects and helped users navigate the offers faster.

An important part of the work were icons for infrastructure objects. For example, elements such as parking spaces, playgrounds, recreation areas were developed in two versions - outline and fill, which made it possible to easily fit them into different sections of the site.

Icons for navigation and interaction with the interface included such elements as search filters, offer sorting, and a catalog of objects. Their minimalist design allowed users to quickly find the necessary tools and easily interact with the interface.

Much attention was paid to icons related to financial processes, such as mortgage processing, contract conclusion, and payment systems. Icons in two styles β€” outline and fill β€” were optimized for the visual presentation of information about financial services.

Detailed icons were created to describe the layouts and characteristics of apartments, which allowed users to quickly and intuitively perceive information about the furnishing options, finishing, and other important parameters.

Icons representing the security systems of the residential complex, such as video surveillance and access control, were developed to visually emphasize these aspects important to users.

For sections related to developer services and technical maintenance, icons were created that included elements of construction tools, repairs, and other important options available to residents of the complex.

In the section dedicated to the infrastructure of the residential complex, icons visualized recreation areas, fitness centers, swimming pools and other amenities, which allowed users to quickly assess the presence of these facilities on the territory.

Icons for navigation around the residential complex were also developed, such as traffic patterns, entrances and exits, pedestrian and motorist areas, which simplified the perception of these elements on the site.

An important part of the icon set were elements related to the environmental aspects of the complex: energy saving, use of renewable resources, landscaping of the territory. These icons emphasized the importance of environmental sustainability of the project.

To indicate commercial facilities inside the residential complex, such as shops, cafes, pharmacies, simple but expressive icons were created that easily fit into the overall design of the site and helped users quickly find the desired objects.

Icons for the section with news and events of the residential complex were developed with an emphasis on quick recognition. They allowed users to easily find important updates and events taking place in the complex.

For the section dedicated to user support and contact information, icons were created that visually ed important elements, such as phone numbers, emails, and addresses of the developer's offices.

This project became an important part of the overall visual communication system of the developer's website, allowing users not only to easily navigate, but also to visually perceive key elements of the residential complex's infrastructure and services.
